.........Ezzeria Slithers thinks that someone is trying to poison him. He hires the "Wayne and Dwayne Shane Detective Agency" to find out who the culprit is. They arrive at the Slithers' mansion to start their investigation only to discover that their client is dead. They begin to sift through a mansion of crazies. An ex-wife and her socially suppressed adult offspring, a housekeeper who hates to work, sisters-in-law who have never even met Ezzeria and a grieving widow who isn't exactly grieving. To make matters worse Wayne only has two days to find the perpetrator without a lot of help from Dwayne.

The colonel has just been informed that his "dear" social climbing wife has invited the governor of Nova Scotia to the anniversary of Lunenburg. If this wasn't bad enough, he wants to read the landing list at the service. Someone has stolen the list. They must find it before the governor arrives. The cast includes a tipsy town crier who lands in a jail that is always occupied, a colonel who's having a nervous breakdown, and some local town folks and the chuckles are never-ending.

It’s imperative that the hotel runs smoothly while the new owners do their assessment prior to finalizing the purchase. Will they arrive as “guests” so their identity is not known to the staff? Just who are the new owners? Are they the southerners, the archeologists, the doctor....oh my, how are the staff suppose to know? Witness the ups and downs at the Rosedale Hotel.

"I have to what?!".....Captain Anderson and his crew have their orders to fly to Zentac and train the new flight crew! And what a crew it is! The first onboard is the explicitly whinny "Royal Family". Unfortunately, during the flight the Royal Highness's diamond tiara goes missing...Captain Anderson desperately needs the help of everyone onboard to help train the crew and keep everything in order. Of course, an investigation was not planned for...however, Scotland Yard has supplied a personal guard for the "Royals" - his presence is put to good use!!

The Lone Mountain Production Company is making a movie in a small fishing village somewhere in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia. B. S. Wells is a director with a problem. His main stars have been kidnapped. They are being held for ransom. If that wasn't bad enough, "Entertainment Tonight" wants to interview him and his missing stars for an Oscar special. Throw in a reporter, twin sisters, a janitor who doesn't clean, a dancer, crazy locals and the Oscar starts slipping out of his grasp. Mix in a large pot and you have a recipe for some good ole' down-home fun.

The Hughes Hotel is being torn down. That would be no great loss; but a buried treasure is hidden somewhere on the grounds. They have only three days to find it before the one hundred year lease from the county expires and the landfill next door takes over the property , covering everything with tons of stinking garbage. Harvey Monday is called in to investigate. Throw in an executor who is heading for a padded cell, a maid who can't cook, little old ladies who should be locked up, add a drunk, a money-hungry uncle, a greedy cousin and a medium who flunked seance school. Toss them together with a family lawyer, a construction worker and even more crazies and the laughs simply multiply in this spoof of an old style Private Eye. The ending will surprise you!!
